*Cancellation fees will apply if the booking is cancelled less than 15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time or after the driver has arrived at the pick-up location. Customers who are uncontactable or fail to appear at the agreed pick-up point will be treated as a cancellation.
**Additional charges may apply for pick-ups or drop-offs in remote or low-accessibility areas, including but not limited to Tuas, Sentosa, Netharavon Area, Changi Coast Area, Lim Chu Kang, Neo Tiew, Jurong Island, and other similar locations.
HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1
CALL OR TEXT
Contact us via WhatsApp or call to make a booking. Simply provide your pick-up location and preferred time, and our team will confirm availability and get back to you as soon as possible.
STEP 2
Meet your driver
Your assigned driver will contact you when on the way and meet you at the pick-up location. A brief handover of the vehicle will be conducted before the trip begins.
STEP 3
ARRIVAL & PAYMENT
Once you have arrived safely at your destination, payment can be made via to the driver via cash or paynow and your booking is complete.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
To ensure the best availability, we recommend booking in advance whenever possible. For Night Valet services, we suggest at least 45 minutes' notice, while Day Valet services are best booked with a minimum of 2 hours' notice. Last-minute requests are also accepted and will be fulfilled whenever driver availability permits.
For our Night Valet service, the typical driver arrival time is 15–20 minutes, subject to traffic conditions and driver availability. If a longer waiting time is expected, we will inform you before confirming your booking.
For our Day Valet service, availability is based on driver scheduling and location. Our team will advise the earliest available timing upon receiving your booking request.
We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As our primary focus is on Night Valet services, response times may be slightly longer during off-peak hours. We appreciate your patience and will respond as soon as possible.
We provide islandwide coverage across Singapore, with the main areas being Jalan Besar, Clarke Quay, Lavender, Holland Village, Dempsey Hill, Irving Place, Orchard, Tanjong Pagar, Geylang and Joo Chiat. Additional charges may apply for remote locations such as Tuas, Sentosa, Changi Coast, Netharavon, and Lim Chu Kang.
Yes. Additional stops can be arranged for an extra charge. Please inform us when making your booking.
Our drivers are compensated on a per-booking basis. Extended waiting times may prevent them from accepting subsequent bookings, affecting their earnings. As such, waiting charges may apply when a driver is required to wait beyond the agreed pick-up time.
Yes. We operate daily, including weekends and public holidays, subject to driver availability. Surcharges may apply for public holidays and eve of public holidays.
Many of our drivers are qualified to drive both automatic and manual vehicles. Please inform us during booking if your vehicle is manual to ensure a driver who is able to drive your vehicle.
In the unlikely event of an accident, our driver will cooperate fully with all reporting requirements and assist with the relevant claims process. Any insurance claim arising from the incident will be processed under the vehicle owner's motor insurance policy and will remain subject to the insurer's terms, conditions, and coverage. Where permissible and mutually agreed by the parties involved, the matter may alternatively be resolved through a private settlement.
